By using Dinkly you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable, and the short version is: use the site normally, don't abuse it, and remember that the oracle, the quizzes and the cards are entertainment rather than professional advice.

1. Using the site

Dinkly is free to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may browse, play, share links, and save exported wallpapers for personal use including as desktop or phone backgrounds.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not scrape the site at a volume that degrades service for other people.
• Do not resell or repackage Dinkly's content as your own product.
• Do not use automated tools to generate fake traffic or advertising impressions.

3. Entertainment only

The Daily Draw, the Yes/No Oracle, the personality quizzes and the jokes are provided purely for amusement. They are not psychological assessments, financial advice, medical advice, legal advice, or predictions of future events. Do not make significant life decisions on the basis of a card drawn by a random number generator.

Likewise, nothing on this site is professional advice about work, health or wellbeing. The essays in Break Notes reflect general observations, not clinical guidance.

4. Intellectual property

The written content, design, code and generated assets of Dinkly are the property of their respective creators. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the source page. Wholesale reproduction requires permission.

Emoji characters used in the memory game and elsewhere are provided by your device's operating system and font vendors, not by Dinkly.

5. Advertising and third-party links

The site displays advertising and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of those third parties. Any transaction you enter into with an advertiser is solely between you and them.

6. Availability

Dinkly is provided "as is". We aim to keep it online and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change or be removed. Data stored in your browser's local storage may be lost when you clear browsing data or change devices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dinkly and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site — including time spent, or not spent, waiting for an AI model to finish.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will carry a new "last updated" date.
